how to uninstall SonicProxy

Hello,

If for some reason you find out you need to uninstall SonicProxy, you can do so by just following this blog post

First of, uninstall SonicProxy from the control panel, i hope everybody know how to do it, just click on the SonicProxy

line then uninstall.

ok, now you do also need to uninstall the smscut toolbar witch come build on the installation package, search for smscut on the

install/uninstall list and remove it as you do with any other software…Now if you want, you can also change your home page to

google or any other page you may want it and this should be done by re-configuring your browser as follow :

Mozilla Firefox :

Type on the address bar “about:config” without the quotes !

you should see something like this screen-shot bellow

double click on the browser.search.defaulturl and change it to you desired home page. That’s ALL

ok, for internet explorer i think everyone can manage to configure it!

SonicProxy not working ?

Hello everybody!
I got many reclamations saying that SonicProxy is not working so i decide to make this new post to make it clear
how you should configure it, on the last version i forgot to add the configuration file named proxy.pac to the installation package, this file instruct SonicProxy where and when it should route the web traffic through anonymous hubs.
To fix this manually, download proxy.pac and copy it to your windows directory then restart Sonic.
You can also use this patch to fix it.

As i told you before, SonicProxy is for everyone who REALY need it
